Catholic Campaign for Human Development: Nov. 15, 2026

On Nov. 15, 2026, the USCCB holds a special collection for the Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD).

This collection, which is the national anti-poverty program of the U.S. Catholic Bishops, addresses the root causes of poverty in America through promotion and support of community-controlled, self-help organizations and transformative education. CCHD works to break the cycle of poverty by helping low-income people participate in decisions that affect their lives, families, and communities. The CCHD offers a hand up, not a hand out.
